The Rape Crisis Center Staff Advocates and Volunteer Advocates are bound by confidentiality rules.  This means, anything you discuss with your advocate is kept confidential.  The only things that must be reported are, threats of suicide or self harm, threats to harm another person, child abuse, and elder abuse
