Middle and High School Presentations |

The Rape Crisis Center reaches out to Middle School and High School students in age appropriate presentations about sexual violence. These presentations are an important part of the student’s school year as the topics discussed can help to protect and educate students about the warning signs of sexual violence.
Topics discussed include: Definitions of sexual crimes Nevada Law and how it applies to teens Date Rape Sexual harassment and Stalking Internet Safety and Internet predators Sexual Abuse and how to report it What to do if they have been abused What to do if they have a friend who as been abused Abuse is never the victim’s fault These presentations are interactive and The Rape Crisis Center’s trained staff and volunteer presenters encourage questions and give appropriate answers.
